Full Service Design
Full service design offers services for stand alone spaces or your entire home. Full Services allows LIG to manage your project from the initial concept all the way through to completion. This includes sourcing all the necessary furnishings and materials, procuring merchandise on your behalf, tracking orders, coordinating installations and deliveries, overseeing installations/deliveries, and managing trades to execute the final design. When we’re done transforming your space, all you have to do is turn the key to your home and enjoy!

A great alternative to traditional full service design. Ideal for clients who prefer an approach that can be adapted to their lifestyle and executed on their own terms.
Design to Build
In a design to build process, LIG will work in conjunction with MAL Construction Inc. to create the home of your dreams from the ground up. We will take care of all of the building logistics and turn over the home that you’ve always dreamed of. Every project is different and includes or will not include certain processes
